Privacy
We collect three things: the account details you give us, the progress data the platform needs to resume a course where you stopped, and aggregate analytics on which pages are read. We do not sell any of it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
What we keep and for how long
- Account details. Name, email and payment reference, for as long as the account exists and seven years afterwards where tax law requires it.
- Progress data. Which lessons you completed and when, for as long as the account exists. Deleting the account deletes it.
- Analytics. Page views and referrers, aggregated, retained for 14 months.
Your rights
You can request a copy of everything we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, by writing to privacy@edustream.com. We answer within 30 days. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority.
Terms
Buying a path grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to the material for as long as the platform exists. You may download material for your own study. You may not redistribute it, republish it, or use it to train a model.
Refunds
Any purchase can be refunded within 30 days without giving a reason, provided you have completed less than 30% of the path. Access ends when the refund is issued, including any certificate earned on that path. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period.
Certificates
An EduStream certificate records an assessment against a published rubric. It is not a state-issued diploma and carries no academic credit. We may revoke a certificate if the assessed work turns out not to be the work of the person named on it.
